MELTDOWN ;D

No...not melting down...just wanting to know how some idiots on this board can say that one of the best bodybuilders in the world trains sloppy - that's all. These dopes that are saying that aren't even in the guys league and they are saying that he trains sloppy???

Tell you what guys....when you can go and compete against Jay...and beat him...only THEN can you go up to the guy and say that he trains sloppy...until then....keep your suggestions to the pros to yourself.

Training, eating... it's all relative. Sloppy to one person may mean an extra 1/2" on the arms to another.

No...you're missing the point..........it's like a guy -  who plays weekend softball with his drunken co-workers - saying that half the guys in Major League Baseball don't know how to swing the bat.

Yeah, everyone's a critic.

I know.....but the thing is that none of these dopes are qualified to be critical.

Thanks for being cool about it......time to move on.
