Next monday I'll start my contest diet at 242 lbs. I'll be around 210-220 on stage at 5'7".

Steve you seem aestetic, and you put alot of size on.,but be a pro, I dont know.I did nationals 3 times, and placed top 10 in super heavies at 258 lbs, and its no joke.If you get your pro card more power to you.I hope you do make it to the Olympia stage, but bragging like that to these guys doesnt do any good.Just get on stage, and let your physique do the talking, and remove all doubt.What show are you doing, is it the NorthAmerican, ?

At the 2006 Border States Championship (Anaheim, CA), and at Milos's Koloseum Gym, Fullerton...

Anyway I got my IFBB Pro card and I hope that I can make my pro debut this year. At one of the grand prix's after the Mr, Olympia...
