Move over Bill Kazmier, Paul Anderson and other strongmen and powerlifters, we've got a new sheriff in town. The Luke, who's the laughing stock of Getbig, who never turns down the opportunity to puff a penis and who lives in his parents basement at the age of 32 has finally revealed the secrets behind his incredible build - the man's nothing short (no pun intended) of a monster, given he's weighs a colossal 130 lbs and is just covered by ripped muscle (as ripped as a muscle can be at a bodyfat level of 18%) on his 5'3" frame.
Rather than describe it myself, I'll just quote the post in which he mentions his numbers as well as throws down a challenge to any natural in this forum to try and even come close to these numbers.
No need to feel sorry for me:
300 lb bench
400 lb squat
500 lb deadlift
...lifetime natural.
