Maybe that is the problem then. I dont have a strict diet plan where i eat the same thing at the same time of the day everyday.
I start work at 6am and i get a break every 2 hrs, so every 2 hours i try to eat a meal, usually ill have 2 chicken sandwiches first meal, and a shake before returning back to work, then next meal ill have some chicken breasts, then when arriving home ill eat what the gf has ready usually a stirfry or something like that. Snacks throughout the day will be nuts and fruits.
Maybe I should have a stricter diet plan?
