Week 6

Just starting week 6,  i feel and look harder and my lifts haves improved alot.
Problem is the scale has not moved much at all.
Should it just start kicking in around now or should it have started already?

A little more info would be helpful bro! Post up your stats and outline your cycle, then we can give you better advice on your cycle...

500mgs Sust a week 12 weeks./4 weeks of dbol at start of cycle
21 yrs old

yeah, should have kicked in about the 3rd or 4th day of dbol...

what does your diet look like?

You extra Horney? Any pimples or odd hairs growing here and there?
If not it is bunk. There should be no doubt if that stuff is real- you'd feel it.

not breaking your balls truly...just wondering what the diet is....and your goals at 185lbs. that cycle should be a beginners bulker....

I did gain about 5-7 pounds off the dbol forgot to mention that, but thats done with now. It was only at 20mgs a day as well.  Yes im extra horney been walking around with a boner the last week and a half or so. Its QV sust i posted pics of it a while ago. Ive heard people say it kicks in around week 6 then ive also heard around week 4.
Diet is pretty good, clean.

LOL....i only do that in good fun. i try not to make people feel uncomfotanble in here....this is a peaceful part of the board. no "ownings" oe whatever the fuck theyre called...

anyway, you say the diet is clean...that good...but what are you getting in? prot, fats, carbs...do you have a scheduled diet? if not...get on it.....

steroids without a good diet plan is like a hard dick with no pussy....beat...

lets here it! that might be the gain problem....

Maybe that is the problem then. I dont have a strict diet plan where i eat the same thing at the same time of the day everyday.
I start work at 6am and i get a break every 2 hrs, so every 2 hours i try to eat a meal, usually ill have 2 chicken sandwiches first meal, and a shake before returning back to work, then next meal ill have some chicken breasts, then when arriving home ill eat what the gf has ready usually a stirfry or something like that. Snacks throughout the day will be nuts and fruits.


Maybe I should have a stricter diet plan?

stricter?  probably a better plan is the word youre looking for...

and dirty it up a little...clean is good....but in my opinion...cheat meals do more than just supress cravings...

what do you think your daily intake of protein is? your carbs? fats? cals?

you could just be a hardgainer bro. I was up close to 10pds after my third week. I doing a lighter stack than that also. 500mg enan- 40-60mg tbol daily first 4weeks. I actually had to lay off a little as I was gaining too much weight-too fast.

I agree.  Stay with where your at gear-wise.  Up your food aLOT.  YOu have to eat like you never have before.  But also.. dont' totally rely on the scale- go by clothes fit and how you look in the mirror.

That's what it's all about man- congrats!- sounds like you're doing well.  The scale is a good tool to monitor your progress from time to time but really the mirror is your friend. MY weight fluctuates up and down about 5lbs so you can't weigh yourself one day and be discouraged.

Let me and/or this board know if you have any questions in the next several weeks.
