I wake up and have 12-14 oz grilled chicken breast , noon is 12 oz grilled chicken with pasta , next 2 meals are at a gym where I train clients, each consists of 1L whole milk + 1 giant Snickers bar , at night is steak and french fries. My cycle is 1g test e plus 75 mg d-bol , I stay fairly lean . Thought I'd share this with u. It's a mass cycle by the way...no clue how many cals , nor do I care.
