I´d like some help to come up with the best cycle possible for me, once I´ve never gone on steroids. I´m 6 foot, 220 lbs and I really aiming to put on some size. Right now I´m about 7% body fat, so I can put on some weight and worry about get shreded later. What you guys recomend?

I was thinking about using test E, EQ, Deca and Dbol... Is it too much?

seems like a lot for your first time, keep it simple...your going to be putting compounds in your body that you have no idea how you're going to react to. since its your first time stick with just test you should make some significant gains in my opinion

Swoll has a real good point- you wont know whats doin what.
Everyone responds differently to the individual compounds.
Whats great for me, might be nothing but probs for U.
1 @ a time, and you know exactly whats responsible.
Test is the archetype Roid. All else is subservient in my mind.
THEyV tweaked the molecule here and there, 2 try do this or that,
but 500mg of Enanthate will knock your socks off if you NEVER done it B4!

7% BF on a 6' 220 man is pretty good starting place. You sound like you have pretty good genetics for this sport or trained your ass off till now. Either way keep up the good work bro.

Yes too much.. Good basic is 500mg Test E/wk, 300 or so of EQ - both for week 1-16.  Dbol for the first 6 weeks.

I really work my ass of... My genetics aren´t that good... I eat properly, train hard and try to get as much rest as I can... I with this BF now because I was on vacation, travelled a bit and got out of my diet... I can maintain about 5% BF all year long with this same weight... But I´m having problems putting on some size... My goal is to get to 240 and keep the 5% BF. What´s the diference between test E, test P and test C?

5% ?  Man thats near/is contest shape, I would think it would be counterproductive to stay that low all the time.  But yeah being fat sucks.

I´ve never been to a contest and don´t plan to... I just like to look good and I´m willing to pay the price to do so. Still looking for some answers about the test question, so if anybody could help me I´d apreciate.

When you say you stay at close to 5% year round, are you guessing or have you actually had this checked and do you get it checked regularly? If you are truly 5% year round, which is very lean, putting on much extra muscle mass is going to be near imposable. You know, there is nothing wrong with getting up to 8-10% BF...you can still see your abs, you still look lean, but you have enough to pull from to aid in the whole building process.

I get it checked every three months... I´ve diet down to 3% BF to participate in a event (not a bodybuilding contest) but I got sick the next day and decided to keep it a little bit higher. I understood that I have to get it up to 10% BF if I want to get bigger and I intend to. I´ll start this cycle probably a couple of weeks from now and I´m gonna up my calories so I can achieve my goal.
