Come on, Seriously.  Everyone knows that these guys uses tons of gear, but some people are better responders diet and training asside.

Look at Ohio State, FLORIDA responds way, way better to Juice.  Ohio State looked like a High School team.

Troy Smith should have used some juice, maybe it would have boosted his confidence.  He looked terrified in that game.

Seriously, do you really think McDonalds BigMac and deep fried chicken nuggetts really have ANY substantial Bio-availability from the Protein?

Hell Im not sure thats even real meat in the BigMac and those nuggetts are chopped up left over chicken scraps they sweep off the floor of the factory.

i heard nasser was one of the more successful pros.

weider contract and tons of guest posing throught the mid 90's to early 00's.

I might eat 300 grams of protein in one day if I feel like eating a huge steak and other meats.

That doesn`t mean I eat 300 everyday.
