Never used it. It suonds interesting though.

I might try it when i get into the 'have too much money want to try new supplements phase' which i get every few months.

It's an absolute waste!  I tried it when it first came out in 2000.  Absolutely NOTHING happened!  Complete waste of money!  Ecdysterone goes in the same category as Methoxyisoflavone!

Ecdysterones are anabolic in insects only. (No joke!) Even esterefied versions will not build muscle in
humans.

Do you have any reference for your statement? I have read studies about muscle growth in sheep due to ecdysterone. It seems it worked with them, too.

What kind of dosage were you taking?

I honestly don't remember the dosage, as that was quite a few years ago, and EAS stopped making the product (most likely because it didn't work!).
