Maybe, maybe not. You argue your point convincingly, but it is still only opinion.
I base potential of a person based on muscle shape. Not size. Anyone can get big. If you don't have beautifully shaped muscle when you are big then you are nothing. Plain and simple. Look at flex wheeler. Would you guess that this is one of the best genetic profiles ever?

All that matters is if you have good shape.

Matt Mendenhall was a great bodybuilder. He just couldn't come in condition and that is attributed in my opinion to mental weakness.

Doesn't matter, he can bring it up over time. Quads are not that important of a muscle group.

His genetic potential was through the roof and he never qualified to compete as a pro... who's to say Trey is a "shoe-in"?

Joel Stubbs via winning a pro qualifier in the Carribbean.. Not exactly USA, North American or Nationals depth.. is it?

I never said he wouldn't get in the pro ranks. He just won't do shit when he gets there. He will be forgotten in time. Matt Mendenhall couldn't bring conditioning in. He came in way to heavy. Thats why strydom beat him out in 86. Matt could have been a phenominal pro but he was too marketable. Again i attribute him not making it into the pros due to his own lack of discipline.

the fact remains that most teen and collegiate nationals competitors never make it anywhere.

of course there are some that do.  you named three and acted that they represent the norm
I never said it was the norm. I was proving columbus wrong saying that those competitors were never heard from again. Start at page one and read the thread over again.

my point?  my point is that you said this:

and where clearly wrong
Joels quads are big. Just not as big as everyone elses. Quads are probably the easiest muscle group to bring up. I am sorry that joel makes up .95% of the ifbb population with small quads. Forgive me  ::)

Please Stubbs quads are soo under par it isn't funny...The only reason he has gotten to the level he has is because of amazing torso, chest, shoulder and back development....Other than those he has nothing to offer the IFBB as a true contender....I would recommend to use your eyes and not listen to Milos when he says that Stubbs legs are not that far behind.....

Delusional... Quit trying to create drama where there is none because you have a crush on a twink.
