everyone that knows any bodybuilder says that same thing

with that said, as his receptors adjust he will have to use and ever increasing amount to just to keep his current state. And ofcourse upping the dosage doesn't always product good thigns.

The guy who told me is a bodybuilder.. not an over zealous fan

Phil, right now, uses little (Im not talking about the future im talking about the present)

I can imagine that Heath doesnt use as much as some of the other guys.Hes pretty new to the IFBB and his fantastic Genetics will probably allow him to respond to the lower doses. Then again, who knows...the guy could be hammering the sauce!

Nothing wrong with some hype coming up to a contest....but LIFT did go a little bit overboard.Too much hype put a lot of pressure on the althete IMO

i have said several times now i think phil could have won the whole thing judging by the pics. i don't see where everyone says he is so much smaller. i truely believe he is very close to dex muscular wise because of his small waist (since dexs gut was sticking out) and joints...its and illusion.

You guys said he was all hype when I posted his preview shots before Jr. Nationals, said he was all hype before USAs, and the Colorado. The only difference was this time more people then me chimed in with the "hype".

I know a top national competitor that knows Phil. he says that phil uses very little compared to the rest of the guys

Well, I know a guy whose girlfriend's sister's boyfriend's brother is the dentist of a top IFBB pro and he says he's seen Phil use 63.4% of what the other guys use.

Let them Vent LIFT- They are not making sense anyways - With a win or close lost too Melvin Anthony - Phil will be right back in the Hunt for the Mister O - If you split the classes - I can see Phil being Mr. O ..... He battled it out with the top 3-10 in the world and landed in 7th place < XMAN 's former place - sorry I had too say it > He needs too defeat Melvin and then he can move forward with some serious armour.

Phil is the Real Deal and does not need much - Judges are looking at smaller , sleek and cleaner bodies - Gustavo , Jay and Ronnie are the only ones left and Believe me they will be looking in ..Vic, XMAN , Anthony and Heath will bring it and they need to stay close and promote.

So let them vent - Bellies are a thing of past  , Wide waist and poor Posing and Bad Attitudes .... We have something to actually be proud of .....

I never said he was all hype.I actually think he has the tools to win the Big O.I just thought you went a little overboard with the hype before the AC.Not busting your balls Lift.I know you are tight with Heath and just want him to do well :)

I never said I was all hype, tho I remember 240 saying that he wouldn't turn pro cause his legs are 3 years behind his upper body  ;D

anyway he isn't hype, you OVER-HYPE him.
he doesn't need it. everybody will always be curious to see what he looks like at any contest he will enter so you don't need to say things like: " Phil looks nothing like last year, he is incredible you will see!!!!! his improvements will blow your mind ! blablabla....

I agree in part with what you're saying. When you see the photos of him in FLEX magazine you'll see what I was talking about in regards to how he looked when they shot him in the gym.

It's all good. Phil can handle his own and you won't hear me over-hyping him as you put it. Let the cards fall as they may and the best man will prevail on any given day.

Phil Heath looked great three days out and was extremely impressive. Even on stage, most of us agreed that he has the best symmetry and excellent conditioning of the group. However, when you see the pictures, Phil looked smaller than the other competitors and perhaps not as muscular. Although many people would love to have his physique, and he looked great, some of the judges said he needed perhaps a few more pounds on him and he will have his day at the Arnold.

As Ronnie Coleman predicted before the show, Phil's time in not now to make the top three, but it will be soon. Remember, Phil is young, under 30, and many of the stars who are at the top are over 33, when the muscle mature and are thicker.

your kidding about best symmetry i hope ::)

when your arms are as big as your legs and your back is the size of a smurfs , im not getting the great symmetry part!
