Today I went to my first bodybuilding show.

NABBA Mr Northern Ireland. only went to prejudging.

run by irishman nabba president ivan dunbar. great show. packed great standard.

convinced me to do the juniors next march. hoprfully do ok.

I think a couple of guys who train at the same gym as me are going tonight.  One guy was going to compete, but realised he would need to start training his legs first

Hahahahah the first bodybuilding show i went to i was horribly embarrased and slouched in my seat blushing ahahahahha. Most of those guys suck so bad i feel for them.

To speak and judge about BBing,at least you have to go to see real show once or competing is even better.
Many of kids of here even havent attended a show.
So you have earned the right to say something more than these kids.Congratulation!

was cool. on stage they look v impressive tho when some walked past after they were so so lean it was unreal. the figure girls of course got the best applause lol.

in the crowd i seen the biggest guys i ever seen. immense. a genuine cut to pieces 21plus" arm and a tight waist. everyone just stared

also mr universe was there.

the figure girls was a new class..ivan...who is inhis 70s sed "this is a new class. its kind of like the womens physique except those women trian harder and eat better food." lol how harsh is that their routines were so fucking hot was unreal.

he was also very witty on the mic

maliki zitona i think her name is was there. she is like 45...looked 25.

ivan is cool, I missed the show a good friend adviced me to go but I have to much to do, he also said something about a seminar in 2-3 month with Dorian yates, thats what I don't want to miss.
