Alright,Alright. Time-Out here for a sec. I've been lettin this thread go on for a while to see what everyone got to say, but this is obviously the point where I've gotta hop in n' say a few words.
There is definetly a whoooole lot of bulls*it circulating around on these boards. 17 year old kids who think they've see it all are talkin from the comfort of sitting behind there keyboards without the slightest verification or knowledge behind what their blabbering about.
A few things here have got to be put straight:
I've known Mustafa for the past 11 years. So what is said here is first hand from the trenches themselves on the front lines, and not from a whole bunch of rumours circulating here and there whilst sitting on my sofa eating hersheys and sipping on some cola.
First of all, Mustafa has owned his Gym for the last 20 Years and has made a good life from it eversince. He himself built it up from scrap and formed it into one of Vienna finest hardcore gyms to date. It's small but fine. Yes that's right, financial troubles do pop up here and there from time to time due to lack of sponsorship here for him but he's always been able to get past them through hard work everytime and not from borrowing from anyone.. All of the Austrian champions whom I've encountred thus far have come from Mustafas Gym and trained there, or have trained in other gyms and Mustafa was their mentor. Not only that, Mustafa become the 3-time world champion training in his gym and has won numerous awards on the both the world and european stages, all form his own gym.
Now, when someone who has no idea how hard Mustafa has worked to build that gym 20 years ago and that eversince he's been working 14 hour days there supporting his direct family (wife and kids) and his extended family back home (parents, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters), it's just quite a shame. Words can be easily spoken but true hard work Mustafa style with flesh n' blood the hard way are a rarity. So to all those dwarfs out there who've done nothing in their pathetic trip of a so-called life until now I say: Well, get one. And before a whole bunch of s**t starts coming out of your mouths (or keyboards for that matter) make sure of it first and don't just gossip yourselves to death.
Second of all, now Milos is truely a great guy and I personally have had the honor of speaking with him on the phone on a few occasions and I hear all good about him and I have seen nothing but a true gentleman of him. But all this bull that's goin around about Mustafa havin built his gym and all with milos money is just a tad too much waaay over the boarder. Mustafa got to know milos somewhere about 2003 at the dutch grand prix, and for a couple of years after that they had a professional business relationship. Mustafa would train at milos gym for a while before a competion to get accustomed there to the States and for some publicity in the US, coming form europe n' all and not being very well known there, and so that he didn't have to go through all that get-lag before a competition; and Milos would get a whole bunch of publicity for his Gym having one of the best professionals in the Trade working out at his Gym. So it was a mutual business-business relationship form both sides. Mustafa would and still does speak of Milos in the highest regard.
Now what I know from inside information is that other third partys were getting jealous of this great coalition of mind and matter (Milos and Mustafa) and sinister plans were underway to ruin this wonderful business relationship that was slowly blossoming into a brotherhood. Poison was placed amidst the honey and sensitive issues were aroused, sayings from both sides were exagerrated and in no time a cyber war erupted on Bodybuilding boards across the the World Wide Web, and to this date the poison is still doing its works, because Mustafa is still largely misunderstood first and formostly from Milos, and secondly from the BB Community. I mean common, countries have gone to war based on rumors! Read your history books.
What I wanna say here is that Mustafa has always held his own, and in the future will continue to do so with the determination of a Great Professional Bodybuilder and with the Great Person he is and that I have always known him to be.
