Worse still is that the vast majority don't even want to know the facts, they just want to judge.

Matt hates what he believes is hypocrisy. Surprisingly, he can be more pragmatic than one might think. Matt is a politicall conservative who identifies most often with the extreme right. In reality, he is a Canadian who lives in Canada. He concerns himself with U.S. politics when he is really in no position to speak about them since he cannot vote in the U.S. I lived in Canada many years ago. When I was there, many Canadians seemed obsessed with U.S. affairs.
While I do not agree with most of Matt's political thinking, I give him credit for speaking his mind and standing by his principals. Obviously, it occasionally causes him some grief and elicits criticism.
Usually, life's experiences help form our viewpoints. These experiences may include our parents input as well as our own experiences as adults. Some people see themselves as outsiders. Often these people take a stand opposing general opinion and tend to be somewhat negative in their thinking.
Matt already posted this, but he was banned for thirty days because he posted a link to Kai Greene's grapefruit fiasco and not because of his political views. In my opinion as well as Matt's banning him for such a post is somewhat hypocritical....Afterall, Kai did fuck a grapefruit for the camera and some change.
