That last picture shows one of arnolds weakness, his rear delt. Absolutely trounced by mike and the other guy, but i'd say he wins on biceps. If you look at the arnold shot, u notice from the bicep down it's flat, looks a bit strange. the other competitors display fullness all along the bicep, tricep  forearm and deltiod.

i think so arnold looked the biggest of them all.he only lagged behind due to his condition for this show but i think so he had enough size to beat everyone

I'm not saying they were great, but look at the standing relaxed comparison photo on page.  His shoulders are simply wider and bigger.  I thought Arnold had narrow clavicles but Mentzer's are worse.  Maybe just his height.

Clearly Arnold was the superior athlete on stage that night. He had more size then his "competition" could ever reach! He was on condition had the presence of a winner. Simply put he stood out of all the competition.

he had the size but his conditioning was tad off..i think so if he gave some more time on improving his conditioning he would have won the competition with ease

Conditioning is second to no one... look at the pics he was as ripped if not more so then everyone else. I have the video thanks to AVGB! and you can clearly see no one was close to Arnold except for Tom Platz! Tom should have gotten second! Padilla too.

corret but i think so if he came in his 1975 conditioning,he would have won with a greater margin.anyways he did deserve to win it.imagine if he trained for his usual 16 weeks contest prep rather than training for just 8 weeks,he would have annhilated everyone

he was like 90% in these pics..he was not in his 100% form but still was big enough to win it all

Arnold lacked leg sweep, wasn't in condition that he wanted to be and overdosed on Lasix prior to dial in his condition.  As a result, looked flatter than he would have liked and was lucky to eke out a win.  This coming from an Arnold jockrider.  Or has Vince has suggested, lucky to have had all his buddies on the judging panel.  72 was a worst decision than 80, though.
