I have found that if you work your forearms not only do your arms look fuller but with the added grip strength you also get stronger in almost every exercise...IMO

Call bullshit all you want or you can measure your forearms and then grab the 30lb welded bar (another common mistake when working forearms is that you need to do massive weight)...and do 3 sets of about 30-50 reps and then measure again...

Squadfather, how old are you? That's the great Ivan Putski. He was a professional wrestler and a powerlifter and competed in the 1978 WSM competition. He was HUGE in the 70's. He stood 5'6" and weighed about 300 pounds. Nothing was morphed about those early pics. He actually got really defined in the 80's, but today he maybe weighs 130 pounds at most and looks like a skeleton dwarf compared to those early years.

yeah i know who he is but something looks a little strange about the photo i posted a link of, i'm sure he was very thick but that picture looks a little shopped.

Nah, they're legit man. He was huge (bulky really) and when he toned down and lost the layer of fat around his muscle bellies, it gave the appearance of him being smaller. I doubt pictures from 35 years ago have been morphed.
