Ok couple questions here, i plan to start doing cardio 5 days a week first thing in the morn on an empty stomach, weight training later on. If my diet is high in protein will I burn muscle? FUrther I am currently on 500mgs a week of test cyp, how will this affect it? Further, I have ECA laying around, will this help or will it make me fat as I keep reading that it will increase insulin output, wouldnt that help prevent muscle loss? Im totally confused, help please.
