that would probably be a bitch to finish even with 10lbs dbsi dont see any good reason for that many reps
i don't see really any reason for it. but yea even with 10's that wouldn't be the easiest accomplishment. however i read somewhere i think it was M&f when i was 14 target 70 reps for failure 30 seconds do another 30 reps. i might give it a shot idk. i used 10's for my bi's on that method for seated db curls and hammers, it gave me a hell of a pump and some killer pain although i had no idea how to diet back then. i'll give it a shot and let ya know how it works out. nothing wrong with trying something new.
