Oh, and my show's on Saturday, i'm on my last day of a 3 day depletion and the artical stats that for the first day i should load with High GI carbs- white bread,pasta,rice,potatoes, etc. (this a good idea, any foods to stear clear of) and it says someone about my size will need 800 grams of carbs the first day, then it says to swtich to low gi sources and take in 400 grams for the second, is that the same for the remainder of the load???Any help greatly appreciated.
That's the thing the artical is writen for a 2 day deplete then 2 day carb up, but with bodybuilding like me i'm on a SUN,MON,TUES deplete, then Wed, Thurs, Fri carb upAnyone else help me on this one???
