im dieting right now, but i end up eating even more food than when im bulking, due to toe fear to loose muscle, just eat better value of protein and carbs. and smaller meals. i want to try this daddy waddy diet for a couple of weeks, gotorade and sea salt, and popcorn without butter. but how do you bake popcorn without butter, it goes black? but when im hungry il take a spoon of sea salt and wash it down with water. thats a great trick of daddwaddy to lose the hunger without pigging out.
