You can increase your EFA's....( fish oil)
Lay off sugar, wheat and gluten for awhile and see how you feel.

I would recommend some Amino Acid Therapy but you have to know if the person is on any other meds, has depression, low blood pressure, thyroid issues and other things. You can PM me if you need too.
