It won't help with hand eye coordination and technique but it will help you get the bat around faster.  So if you already have good eyesight and coordination and technique, then the answer is yes, AAS will help.

Well Derek was something of a highschool phenomenon, gear actually hurt his game in his senior year, if it weren't for that there is no telling how far he would have went. I just find it amusing that someone can think that it is impossible for steroids to help a guy hit a ball farther. Like Barry was taking them for cosmetic reasons.
