CEE!!!!!!!! Much better than both!! ethyl ester is much more potent and not that costly. Heck on my site i sell 240 caps for $39 bucks. I promise you guys.... Much better than mono or Kre Alkalyn. Also make sure that the CEE you purchase includes citruline malate, it signifigantly increases absorbtion and gives a wicked pump. Check out CEE Extreme by Next Level Nutrition. Dont waste your hard earned flow on bullsh$# like monohydrate or Kre Alkalyn, it will get you nowhere... except bloated. Take my word fellas Half the shit on the market is a crock!

Is there really much of a difference using CEE to plain CM?

I'm currently using around 10g of monohydrate drink mix post workout

What do you suggest?

Oh yes absolutly... Creatine monohydrate is super low bio availibility. There is no ph balance so thats why so many creatines out there use a delivery system which is usually nothin more than dextrose and some vanadyl sulfate. What doesnt get ingested becomes creatinine ( the toxic by product of mono)  And usually results in water retention, cramps/gas, or the shits. While bulking, monohydrate is cool, just take a ton of it. something like 10 before and 10-20 in your pwo shake ( preferably w/ some waxi or malto). Cee is damn close to 100%+ absorbtion and works well w/o the carbohydrate delivery system. No loading, bloating, or any other b.s. Cee is damn good. Anybody can benefit from it, even if juiced to the gills.

This is nuts!  You mentioned that CM will get you nothing but bloated and then you recommend taking 10g before and 10-20g pwo?  The reason why there is that ridiculous bloat is because you are taking so much.  Research has not found any benefits from taking more than about 2.5 grams in one sitting compared to 5 or more.  The whole 5 grams serving size was just made up in the beginning when little was known about creatine.  Supplement companies won't change the recommended dose to 2g because it is beneficial for them for you to go through twice (or by your advice 15X) as much as you need.  Loading and not loading produce the same result over time (realistically over about 3 weeks).  If you take 20+ grams a day for a long period of time, get ready for some wonderful kindey stones!  5 grams per day has not been proven to be harmful.

I've tried a run of different creatine products and have never found any of the different subtypes to work any better than the rest.  The reason why is obvious.  It doesn't make that much of a difference which is the best version because your absorbtion of it is limited by biology, not the suplement type.  On any creatine type you will reach a creatine ceiling where any more supllementation per day will just go out in urine.  That ceiling is not very high.  Just buy plain old cheap CM.
