A couple months back. It's prolly still there.

I don't think it;s good to wish somebody to die, but her death would send out a great message, the only way she could redeem herself and escape the fate of being raped by a broken bottleneck while being skullfucked by Hitler and Stalin for eternity.

i think she should pay for her wrong actions, but man...all this drama is for nothing....there are lots and lots of things hapenning right now (like murders , rapings (sp?), robbery...) lots and lots of criminals on the streets and they are spending their efforts on Paris....

I'm sorry for melting down because it seems to be a huge issue to send a rich spoiled c unt to prison for 48 days for drink fucking driving.
Judges seem to have no problem to hand out sentences much higher than that for DUA's but since it is Paris we all need to make an exception... it makes me so sick I want to puke fuckin blood.

That's not true... I've known of quite a few people to be caught DUI, driving on a suspended license, and then simply have their suspension increased and their fines levied higher.

I mean, 23 Days in Jail may do her some good, but how many people get in trouble and only have to do Weekend jail or something? That's a very common thing for this type of crime.

Eveyday folks like you and me would be pushing for a contempt charge if we shot our mouth off at the judge like Mrs Hilton. I've never seen ANY tolerance for being late, or rude comments in a court room. Lie and get caught - game over.
SHe was on video and signed a statement that made it clear her lisc was suspended is my understanding.

Being in the system gets them to know the judges and things of that nature... It's how it works.

I said I wouldn't put up with her shit.

I'm not defending what she did. I personally think that she deserves MORE time... She was DUI (I hate a drunk driver... It's dangerous to so many others), and she didn't listen. If it were me, I'd probably put her under house arrest because she can't get out and "enjoy herself" which would drive her attention-whore self insane... I'd probably make it house arrest for a year... No leaving past the sidewalk.

I'm simply saying that getting her sentence reduced is not "unheard of".
