Wow how hardcore

Just big, hardcore, heavy-duty workouts and work ethic, combined with his soft-spoken and approachable nature, makes Branch truly the "People's Champion." I advise him to take tespoon of exlax, cinch up his wt lifting belt , don a tight fitting skull cap , squat firmly on the bowl with proper butt and foot position, do a series of most musculars and everything will turn out ok ...in the end.

On a somewhat serious note, I do enjoy MD, subcribe to it and feel it is better than FLEX now overall.
FLEX still has some excellent contest coverage and a few good articles, but they seem a tad redundant at times.

Same here the only thing (apart from the fact that the pigeon that Steve uses to deliver my MD is never on time) that really bothers me is the black background white Font, last Mag John did an article where he had dark grey background color white Font...much easier to read... In general if MD would take some note from Flex regarding color coordination it would be a hell lot better.
