t-400 and test-prop

I have been on t-400 (800mg per week) and test-prop 100mg eod since May 5th.  I have made some small gains in strength and some noticable cuts but no dramatic strength or size gains, in fact I have dropped about 8 lbs.  On May 21st I added 300mg of Deca weekly but nothing has changed thus far. What type of gains should I expect from this routine?   I am not sure if the t-400 is good, as I had problems with some other gear I purchased from a local  gym rat.  I have since purchased some cyp and  deca from a reliable board source and am awaiting for some d-bol/naps>

I just posed a question to Arnold about possibly dropping the t-400 and starting test cyp (750mg weekly) along with 300mg of deca weekly and possible keeping the test-prop.  I had planned to add some d-bol but it is late in arriving.  As soon as it does I was going to do 30mg per day for 6 weeks.

Any thoughs, opinion or recommendations?

Clear something up for me. Are you trying to bulk? That's what it sounds like. If you are, I don't care how much gear you take, it's going to be very difficult to add more size if you're not getting enough calories...gear is a great help, but it's not magic. If you're losing weight, then you're obviously in a caloric deficit. Maybe you're trying to cut and bulk at the same time. Possible? Yes, but very, very difficult and gains would be minimal. 99% of guys cannot do this, nor should they try...you're far better off picking one or the other and going from there.

I really suspect his body is stressed from a lot of shots of just oil.
That and  & a nice triple dose of Anger if it were me.  I'd take a little break before hitting the new stuff.
I bet you swell up nicely. ;) 8)

I'd vid cam that rat at the squat rack, and his Lisc plate & car. Be sure Get a proof of date in the film, mail to Div of Comp. >:(

I found out two weeks ago that  someone snapped a shot of him at a bb competition he did  in WV and sent it to the worker's comp commission.  What goes around comes around.

Arnold, I am actually trying to put on size.  I am eating over 3000 calories a day and  getting at least 200 grams of protein.  After starting the prop and t-400 on May 5, it was the first time that  I actually felt I was on something.  I am just wondering if it is the prop, test-400 or both kicking in.  If it is not the 400 then I would like to bridge to the cyp, which is from a reliable board source.  I just didn't know if I could stop the 400 and start the cyp.  Also, On May 21st I started adding 300mg of deca and if the rest of my order comes in I would like to add 30mg of naps/d-bol for 6 weeks.  What do you think?

I have started this whole process on March 19th but as I have written I didn't see notible gains while on sust and bold and only began seeing results after starting the prop and 400.

Also,  is it common for your blood pressure to go up.  Mine has went from 120/700 to 136/126.  Also, I sweat like a son of a bitch at the gym and sometimes after getting out of the shower.

My original plan was  to discontinue  all the stuff I had gotten from the other guy when my new order arrived and just go on  that cycle (deca, cyp and naps)  but the naps have not arrived yet and I think the prop is working but I don't know what kinds of gains to expect on 100mg eod.  Plus I feel like a pin cushion as I was splitting my 400 into 2 1cc shot per week, MON and  Thur.

Are you under 200 lbs? You need a minimum of 1 g. protein per lb. of bodyweight (200 lbs. = 200g.) AND since you are using, you should bump that to
1.5 g. per lb.

For calories, general ball-park figure would be bodyweight x 15-18 (200 lbs. x 15 = 3,000, 200 lbs. x 18 = 3,600 calories)

Right now I am 210.  I was on vacation for two weeks and  I must admit that my diet sucked.  I was at the beach a lot and could not get to the condo to eat.  I actually lost 3.5 lbs during my 2 week vacation.

So, what now you have lost 11 lbs while on?? Not a good thing to have happen.

Since  coming  back from vacation I have been eating constantly.  I hope to see improvements in  strength and  size.

Any thoughts on keeping  or discontinuing test-prop while on test-eth and  deca?  I plan to add naps/d-bol 30mg per day for 6 weeks once they arrive.
