wierd bump right after i shot prop/b12 today??

well it wasnt one of my best injects ill be honest.  i put 1cc prop and 1 1/2 b12 into upper quad towards the middle front region.  right after i pulled out some blood came out, no bid deal there, but the inject site immediatly raised up.  so i massaged it down with an alcohol swab and it went away?? any ideas as to why that happened??

Oil leaked up right under the skin. Ive seen it before and did axactly as you did. Bandaged it down too.
No Problem. Prolly 3-4 times I seen this. More often in anterior-delts region.

It might not have been blood. It might have been some of the B12.
