Defensive only in proportion to the unreasonable criticisms that some folks have made.

As for taking interest in steve "lately" that's because he just competed for the first time in a while. He was in the limelight.

Why would you care though ? People here aren't critisizing you ... and, yes, he has competed recently, however, you seem to be the only one really taking interest in him. So, I ask again ... why ? Is he a friend of yours ... are you related to him ?

A young bodybuilder just can't win with some folks...

If he pulls a Brewer and shows up with all the size and thickness and definition that people want, they will go ballistic crying out about drug abuse and heavy doses and predicting his early death and internal organ collapse.

If he doesn't do that and takes things more slowly, folks will also criticize him and complain about his lack of this and lack of that.

Just can't win...

That's ALL Bodybuilders though REGARDLESS of age ... no one is going to be perfect ... no one is perfect ... that is why you critique. We ARE ALL unfinished projects ... Steve is no different.

Wide waist, small chest, hams look small and lack detail, needs to work on posing and condition. He is not ready for this level but give him some time.

he doesnt suck..but.he has a wide waist, small chest.......nothing special...there are loads of guys who are as good as him or better but dont get any publicity.

Should have never started this thread on this board.  Steve doesnt deserve it, as everyone knows you get torn apart on this board no matter what.  As for the ALL DRUGS comment... regardless of what he takes (or what you think he takes) check out his video's on youtube and tell me you train anywhere near as hard?

as for steve..no one said he dont work hard or that he totally sucks...my point is that there are loads of better up coming bodybuilders who dont get any publicity..thus my nothing special comment.

This guy has a bright future if he stays healthy. Keep in mind that he started juicing around 19/20 years old. The thing he needs is muscle maturity.
