Frank Shamrock should leather Baroni, i hope he gives him a hammering. Baroni is another guy i hate, should have added him to the list. His arrogance probably exceeds Josh's and he has considerabe less ability.

I remember Baloni being so juiced up in the UFC it was unreal.  Looks like he's back off the sauce lately, much more smaller and softer.

No, say it aint so.  Franks videos egging on Phil are pretty funny, though.  I just wish Frank was more active in the past few years, then I wouldn't have been so negative about all of his smack talk of late.
