is this food good while dieting?  i remember ronnie coleman eating it 4 weeks out of the olympia.

I think boiled potatoes rank fairly high on the Glycemic Index, meaning they will boost your blood sugar level rapidly, yielding a strong insulin response.  This will not be conducive to fat loss.

If you're going to eat them, I think within a couple hours after a workout would be best.
