but the real key to putting on size is closing in on cardio max output ( how many times have you honestly got your heart and lungs pumping hard enough u thought you were going to passout, well that is what we want to achieve THE UPPER LIMITS OF OUR CAPACITY) meaning something that gets your heart racing. like a superset of pushups and curls or superset of dumbell rows and militarys. sprints!
of course we can only do so much super sets to a point where our muscles are worthless and cannot reach the cardiac upper limits any more. this is when we need more food.....
