OK LIFT STUDIO GOT BACK A LITTLE BIT OF CREDIBILITY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I checked up an issue of Flex today and there was some pics of Phil 9 days out of the ASC  and he really was much fuller and looked better in those pics than he did at the ASC

The next issue will have day two, where he looked better than the pics in the current issue. There will be a short video from day two on flexonline.com as well.

it would be cool if he wait and then does the ironman at 230 lbs ( he was fucking 225 in the pics and he was shredded to the bones), then he would go on to win the ASC with the momentum

he doesn't have that much time to make improvements for the O

there is also some small pics of him when he was a teenager and I don't know what he weighted in those pics but I don't have anywhere near that kind of arm developement and he wasn't even training for bbing

the O is not his show... Hes too small for the top 5. Stavios plan sounds like a better idea. Toney did it and did it good. I agree those piccs in flex he looks really good

He hasn't announced yet but the plan you speak of has been discussed. He'll put the word out within the next couple months either way.

He's got the potential. If he came in looking like the pic on the left, he'd win.
