Epic comeback
MC, I was going to launch my site last Friday and then go to the gym and have a monster 4 hour session of Squats, benches, deadlifts and other stuff.
I only do 2 sets of each and I do triple drops on most of them. I don't mind how heavy I go - at the moment, I'm pretty weak cause of my layoff and I'm acting like I'm from Animal Pak while I bench a monster 220 for 4 reps
But my laptop crashed and I nearly lost everything
- I have backup though and everything's good.
So I just got one of my mates to fix it while I went for a drive to the beautiful city of Hamilton.
I'll post progress shots of myself later on. What's the rush ffs?
