how the fuck did the 70's guys were not as lean as guys today yet they had striations everywhere

the chest poses of those guys were all great, especially arnold's and franco's

I think they trained harder back then. not nearly as much reliance on drugs. very low doses of roids and lots of hardwork.

I see you still can't spell antisemitic correctly, also I can sure tell your much older then me. Point is I don't see why you just show up here not knowing the place and start to judge every post as if they are directed toward you, would it be right for me to go from site to site reporting everything I don't like regardless if I really post there or if it's not directed toward me. Angry no not at all, I find it quite amusing you found that post so bad considering I can't recall anymore then maybe 5-10 of my over 4200 post every being edited or deleted. If you knew me on here at all (or weren't such a close minded old fart) you would have not have felt compelled to be such a whiny bitch.
