getgrippers sucks

i placed my order to Getgrippers on the 31st of last month with 2 day shipping option.  According to their website, my order shipped on the 6th of this month.  Now its the 11th and still no package.  I know my mailman, he hasn't seen anything for me either.   3 phone calls and 3 emails to their company and no replies.

shit customer service, no information, sloppy order handling, and they haven't refunded me for the express shipping option.  If i dont have my package by tomorrow or hear back from them i'm gonna call better business and leave a msg with his states attourney general office.  If anyone knows this company or has contact with them, i would advise them to straighten their shit out.  A small company like that can't afford to get buried by bad customer reports to the AG and BBB

Just a recommendation, but i wouldnt order from them again.

I had just the opposite experience - I ordered, paid, & got them four days later. Sorry to here about that.

yeah, after ordering my card was charged the next day.  Entering my confirmation number days later, still nothing there.  Then after my first email to them, it showed up as being shipped on the 6th, but no tracking number.  Now its the 11th and i have not gotten my package.  My confirmation number still doesnt give me any info and i have left this company multiple emails and phone calls with no replies so far.  For a company that boasts excellent customer support, they are awfully quiet and not trying to resolve anything or make their customer happy.  I would hate to have to report them but it's heading that way.
