No it can benefit everyone. Im about to start a cycle with some included. I guess it just depends on what kind of gains you are seeking. anavar is not any kind of massbuilding compound but is good for cutting and strength in high doses.

No not at all.
I have only used it once.
I self medicated my self with VAR after a medical emergency last year that left me with much of my gains gone.
There is nothing exciting about it but it is safe and slowly gets the job done.
