Here goes,
Was training bi's/tri's yesterday around 3pm and just got done on seated curls with the 60s (monster internet lift haha
) when I notice this 6' 3" 200 pound slovakian behemoth sporting 16" silos wearing an underarmor tank top tucked into his desert warfare camos, armed with highly polished hi-tec magnums and various lizard/snake/eagle tatoos, loading 500lb (and some change) on the smith machine. Curious as to how on earth such a splendid specimen of the soviet regime, would be able to move such a weight even with his whole extended family spotting the bar, I took a seat only to observe him attatch pads to the bar (oh brother) and then expecting him to bench a 1/2 inch rep, he assumes the close grip position!!!! By this point i'm thinking i am about to witness a record breaking feat of strength, and take a huge sip of powerade. After about 2 minutes (literally!!) of this beast making sure he's got a firm grip he shuffles around and then reattempts to get a good grip for another 2 minutes before finally taking off the pads, kicking the bench and walking over to the preacher machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when he walked by I said "Wooooahhhhhhhh!!!! thats some heavy ass close grip man, and you repped it out so quick I didn't even see the bar moving!!!!!! hahahaha where do these vikings come from?
