All you really need is a good Multi, Flaxseed Oil, Creatine, and a good Whey Protein powder. There are hundreds of companies out there making all kind of claims that their product will make you biggest and strongest person alive. I personally would not waste my money on all these gimmicks. Just get at least 8 hours of sleep per night, drink plenty of water, eat small meals that are balanced with protein, good carbs, and good fats, and of course train hard and heavy.
