Can you explain where the vastuys lateralis, vastis ridge and what medially (i suspect more towards the middle) is in laymans terms. I saw on one of the injection site pages that it is ok to inject the center portion of the thighs as long as you keep about a hands width about the knee and below the groin area.
Also, from the lateral portion of the glutes, how far inwards and down can I safely inject in the glutes?
I was recently told that it is not a good idea to inject 3cc's into the glutes in one site as there is a potential for the oil to build up, which could cause an absess. I have been doing 3cc's and have not had a problem thus far but I don't want to risk the chance.
