after the elbow drop you should probably go for side control. then you could work your way into a full mount, or maybe even reverse cow-girl.

He was amazing in 2003 and should have won that year but he's gotten worse every year since. Now he has a gut.

To me i believe that he is basically tapped out...He hasn't gotten any bigger except his belly...I think regression is in his near future if he keeps going on...Still a phenomeol bodybuilder to say the least..

Exactly, he's not gonna get any better then he was back in 03. Unless he lowers his lats, grows a bigger chest, finds some calves and quad seperation.

Can't count out Dexter. The guy comes in shredded everytime and has a very balanced physique. Victor, Ronnie, and Jay all have the size on him but if they come in soft Dexter can easily beat them as he beat Victor and Jay in previous years. Plus now he has unlimited supplies of Cell-tech HARDCORE so the possibilities are endless

He will be top 5 in the olympia until he retires...But like S.Ray, he will not make any improvements...And if he keeps playing around with his inslin levels, he will destroy what has made him so great...

Dexter will never be Mr. O... he has maxed out and is just feeding his Palumboism at this point. Victor is next after Jay, and maybe down the line comes Heath or Wolf with size and improvments. The Ninja Turtle's time has come and gone.

Yes I feel there are too many guys making big improvements while Dex has changed little in the past 5-6 years (slightly worse IMO). He may always be one of the top three most conditioned guys in the show (Mr. O/ Arnold) but with bigger and better new blood coming up now he is only gonna place lower and lower, at least I hope the judges don't give him lots of gifts. Even though I acknowledge I am no fan of his, he is/was one of the top 5-6 BBers of the past 6-7yrs and will obviously be in the I.F.B.B. hall of fame despite the fact that he stole the Arnold from Chris Cormier in '05.
