one of the most respected steroid doctors in the 70's and 80's was Dr. Robert Kerr. he wrote a book in 1982 and talks about dosages recommended at a midwest gym 15 years earlier. this is page 6 of the book
I have one of the first editions of this book, Dr. Kerr was my doctor back in the late 70's and early eighties, RIP!!
