How the hell am I FULL OF SHIT when I'm just relaying the record that posted on the WALL?  That would make the UNIVERSITY full of shit, not me.  You do know what "don't shoot the messenger" means, yes?

The official bench press record that is listed is 555.  Call them and tell them they are full of shit and demand a video if you think it's bs.

because it is and there is no proof of it, anyone who knows anything about lifting knows that there are maybe 3 or 4 people in the history of the planet who at age 18 or 19 have bench pressed 500 for 8 reps, something that rare would be on video.
