I've been given the opportunity to fight as an alternate on a local card but I weigh too much for the opponent I'll be fighting. He said he'd not figh anyone over 240. Right now I'm right at 250. It's a local card. I asked about weight divisions but they said he agreed, due to circumstances, that if he had to fight someone else, that he's not to be over 240. Now I want to do this without falling apart and looking like shit. I have a week to drop ten lbs. I thought about taking the first two days and take nothing but multivitamins and protien shakes every few hours to shred the fat initially and then slowly add carbs back in til I drop the 10lbs. I don't want to cut water. Last time I did I was fucking worthless. I just don't want to lose alot of muscle mass that i've gained while on this last cycle. Thoughts? Ideas? Take a big shit? LOL! It's still a maybe but, I'd love to be ready if given the opportunity.
