Deca dosing

Currently doing my third cycle, which includes HGH (40 cc 5x weekly), test e (300 mg 2x weekly), deca (400 mg 1x weekly), and now, mid cycle, 25 mg anavar daily.  Have previously done only 200 mg deca weekly, but have doubled it this time with good results.  I seem to remember reading that the 400 mg deca can be taken in one weekly dose, but a friend of mine is insisting that it should be broken into two 200mg doses per week.  Which is the better way to go?

I was taking 200mg e3d and felt GREAT on it. The idea was that it kept my blood levels more consistent. Wether you get it split up or in one big shot, if it happens in the same week it counts towards your weekly total.

Well, since you are already injecting test twice a week just mix 200mg deca in with it and call it a day.

HGH (40 cc 5x weekly), <-----i'm not sure what this means?

The HCG? Hey, some guys swear by 150iu X 10 times a day! ::) No thanks.
Personaly, Im either on steroid, or HCG, not both. Tried both ways. I Dont like small doses HCG w/ AAS.

Deca's in the Long acting club, that whole gang is not as necessary to break up shots (to a point) IMO.

The spendy Var? I'd be saving that for after the Testo is done. That's where  that kind of stuff really shines..

400-600mg EW deca is a good range.  Of course the less advanced should start at the lower end.

Deca has always made me strong and to want to train heavy.  I really like the stuff with some test C or E... if you cant grow on that...
