umm i remember the "recent" pic you put up to try and shut us up and while you were bigger then the old pics, 210 or what ever may have been a stretch and you basically looked like a skinny kid that's tries to work on the "beach muscles".  The really narrow shoulder structure hurts you.  You should put up a pic and would give you some credibility although i think you're past that point.
