George Foremans poundages

Talking about weights in boxing today with one of the trainers at South Florida boxing club (no im not a champion boxer!!Was just working out in the weights section!!)
anyway the trainer was saying hes seen Foreman getting 4 reps with 500lbs on the bench and curling 100lb dbs!

hahahahhahaa, i never get tired of these claims ;D Ronnie Coleman had a hard time with 500 for 4 and an aided 5th rep on his video and supposedly George Foreman who looks like he's never touched a weight in his life did it easily. ::)

It's very possible...Foreman is very strong.

george foreman has the money for top notch nutrition as well as the greatest trainiers in the world it could be possible not to mention this guy was a tank

Foreman def hit the weights, if you watch documentrys on him so much of his training footage shows him curling, shoulder pressing etc, always with very light weights for reps tho.

500 for 4 would have made him very close to a World champion powerlifter in his prime. Monsterous levels of BS on that one.
