Everytime you train  you see the 30-40 yo that has been there for years but hasn't really gotten any stronger. What is the reason for this? Certainly everyone wants to be stronger, no man can say that they dont want to be able to lift larger numbers, so whats the reason? Is there a limit to how strong a man can be without drugs? For instance, is it possible for every man to reach a 405 bench in his life if he trains hard for it? Obviously you have those who have superior strength, but is there a reason that a guy who trains, eats and rests right all his life should not be able to reach, for example a 405 bench or whatever?

Because they don't train like they are supposed to do. Every monkey can find out what works or doesn't work for themselves. Biggest reason is probably the pain they are unable to handle when pushing themselves while working out.
