« on: August 22, 2007, 09:30:09 PM »
I just finished a cycle of tren xtreme and felt a little bump in my right pectoral but not my left. i think it may be an early stage of gyno, I want to run a cycle of nolvaldex, does anyone have any information on a reliable place to get it. Thank you very much.

I don't know what "Tren Extreme" is, but if it is supposed to be like Trenbolone Acetate it cannot aromatize.  This means one of 3 things.

1.) This "Tren Extreme" is not actually mimicing Tren in which case I don't know what it is or what your possible gyno is being caused by.
2.) If it is like Trenbolone Acetate then your possible gyno is being cause by progestin not estrogen and neither nolvadex or anastrozole/letrozole will combat this.  Winstrol is the most readily available progestin antagonist, but it is also a 17-AA so you should stop taking any other 17-AA orals including whatever this Tren is.  The best progestin antagonist is RU486 (mifepristone) but good luck finding any, especially if you are in the US.  It is essentially a morning after pill that is used primarily in Europe.
3.) Your suspected gyno is something else.

Safe bet, stop taking the Tren get some nolva and run at 20-60mg ED get ahold of some winny if it doesn't stop and run that at 25mg ED if the nolva doesn't do anything within 3 days.  Do you have a nodule formed or just a buildup of loose adipose tissue (fat)?

Tren xtreme is progestin gyno the puffy kind. Very rare side from that PRO STEROID. Your best bet is to locate yourself some letro ( which i know is Ai but trust me if it is truly minor.) which can be purchased for "research purposes" and see if that will break it up a bit. Also i am hearing good feedback on epistane (or derivitaves) for minor gyno flare ups due to pro steroid/hormone use.

Alright thank you. i also had another question. If iI were to start another cycle of tren would it further increase the size of the lump. It just feels like a tiny knot in my chest and it is only in my right pec and it does not hurt or itch.

You are certain it's new and not left from puberty?  If it is gynecomastia it is possible for it to get bigger on another cycle, yes. Was it ever itchy or sore?  Mine itched like hell when I got it.

If the area is puffy.......no more tren xtreme. It will get worse. The bump shouldnt grow much just the puffiness. If you do decide to go on again ( prob the best pro steroid in the histroy of man) run hmg xtreme or epistane concurrently.

Thinking back on it it was a little itchy but nothing outrageous. It never really hurt or anything and i was really chubby when i was younger but recently was the first time I felt it.

Well you almost definately did have them while you were younger whether you realized it or not as most early puberty males get them. The ones that occur during puberty are generally not as irritable as the gynecomastia.  It is possible that the nodules never go away, allthough it isn't common.
