no i got two resting days a week. today is one of them. ill hit the gym twice tomorrow. first back then later in the evening for chest and shoulders

U dont want to wear elbo sleeves and all that stuff just to look good in the gym,,Cormier needs it cus hes lifting heavy and hes a real BBer not a stupid looser..
