everytime we eat anything processed or white sugar or red meat it is highly acidic on our system. also our body releases white blood cells as a result, the body turns on its immune system whenever we eat this tasty junk. this does NOT happen with fresh raw fruits wich are acidic by nature but once digested become alkaline.
so im thinking of just having baking soda before and after a bunch of junky meals and see what happens. you see the baking soda will help assimilate the food for energy production, and not fat storage, our bodies like to store foods that are overly acidic. And these foods are not good for oxygen uptake like alkaline's are. Also lipase wich is found in raw uncooked fats like egg yolks wich help burn bodyfat are destroyed when heated, so mark that benefit out, but the good thing about fats regardless whether they are raw or cooked they are great for intramuscular trigliceride stores, and we store fat in our muscles at a 3 to 2 ratio caloric wise not weight wise.
people have cured deseases with flushing out there system with baking soda, cancer cells and diseases CANNOT survive in an alkaline environment but flourish in an acidic unhealthy body
