GH Timing in the morning

Just a quick question ,

Ive been using 4 IU GH per day for the last 4 weeks. Having great Results , I take it mon-fri split AM an PM.

What I want to know and was hoping someone in the know could help me with this. I train first thing in the morning. I wake up have a shake with about 10g of BCAA’s. I start to train at 5:30 am. I then get home and have breakfast.

Should I take the Gh before I go to gym , take it straight after gym when I get home , or wait to eat breakfast first and then take my GH shot about 15 min later.

Which would be best and why… Ive been taking it after breakfast but then some one said I should take it straight after training and some one else told me to take it as I wake up.

If your trying to get ripped, try empty stomach 1st thing in AM, then your cardio on empty stomach w/ it.

i agree, that inconjuntion with eca/cytomel ripped me to an all time best. If not doing the cardio,   Set your alarm about 1 hour before normal wake time. Wake up, hit it, roll back over and go to sleep.

Im hitting weights in the morning

No cardio   :P

So I will take 2IU pre work out then as I wake up before I go hit weights.

Im not using GH with any thing else just by itself. I want to stay on GH indefinitely for as long as possible during that time I will use it with gear and all the other jazz just not at the moment. I find my weight has come down by about 2kgs post cycle which is amazing , I feel like ive actually gained lean mass and dropped a lot of body fat really loving it.  I wish I had used this earlier its made more of a difference than any other single product ive used before. When ever I use something for the first time I try it by itself first. GH = Winner

A lot of younger guys say they dont get jack out of Gh.

Its just odd how it differs. You are getting good results. So, I was guessing your older...

I dont know why many younger guys dont respond. ??? I think its great stuff, just spendy.... (Im 46)

very true trab.... Im younger and it works just fine. My guess is that i use such a small amt. I have friends male and female who claim no result even on seros.

I have been training since I was 16 and I know my body pretty well. I do respond well to anything I take so maybe I just notice it more. I cant see how it doesn’t work for every one maybe there stuff is not legit?

Every one told me to look at it as a long term thing but I have had dramtic results in the last 4 weeks so im really looking forward to the long term. Financially I can use it for another 2 month I will give it a break in Dec when Im on holiday. If I decide to compete again then I will jump right back on. I can only imagine what + 10IU a day must do  :o

Im also using GH from China , guys are telling me Humatrope is far superior. Obviously its better you don’t have to be a rocket scientist but is it worth may 3 times the price for it. Should I rather use 4iu China or 2 IU humatrope?

Hmmm... You are lucky. Are you lean to start, "Thin skin". That may be the key to seeing results fast. I do also.

I'll tell you this. At 6iu a day, it made my knuckles hurt so bad I had to stop ASAP!
4 day burst at 6-8iu ed. Couldnt take it.  Some must not get that side.

I'd increase slowly...

No I was a fat kid   ;D

If i dont train and eat properly I gain fat easily. Saying that I gain muscle pretty easy as well. So size is not a problem for me its keeping lean. Ive found with this GH its changed that around I now burn more fat and keep the size. LOVE IT. Its expensive though. Saying that im not running it with anything else so using it by itself costs the same as a cycle would with PCT anyways.

Right now im sitting around 230lbs im 6ft say under 10%.... I get very lean every where else besides my gut thats the hardest part. If I have my body fat taken I says im about 6% how ever I can just see the outline of my abs so Im guessing its more around 10%. Those are just numbers thought but it paints a picture.

Im lean to start. Hard to put on size. But your results sound like me. It seems to be able to burn fat, and hold my Body weight the same or even increase slightly. A very cosmetic effect, and I can see it in days.

If it were not so spendy, I'd keep it up. More of a experiment for me. Swole is having great results too.
A little cytomel w/ it in the AM (12-25mg) w/ the cardio REALLY MAKES SWEAT LIKE A LATHER.
Seems to lean out even faster. Even intermitant use of the cytomel just w/ HGH 3x week.

the cytomel is that t3? We dont get the brand here. Ive got t4 at home. Im not so keen on taking anything like that wiht out any AAS.

Ive got some test prop on the way so im going to use that for about 3 weeks with my next box of gh. Maybe I should throw in the T4 with that.

Im going to the MR O so i need to add some size first :P I think im going to get dwarfed! Cant wait its the first time im going.

Cytomel is T3. Its stronger than T4 (L thyroxine, synthyroid.. etc)
Theres a lot of controversy about both. Ive only used T3  intermittent w/ the HGH and cardio. I'm to chicken to stay on. It seems very synergistic w/ HGH. SwoleTrain is gettin real good results, perhaps ask him...

In the Morning, with a empty stomach - Your primed to go directly into fat burning mode.
Carefull what them Drs tell you, they went to school, but they dont use the stuff (Well FreakFest here does  ;D)

You will get a extra measure out of your cardio in the AM w/ the HGH. It is noticible. Rapidly so if your lean to start.

Many say NOT to take it before bed, you'll make HGH naturaly in sleep anyway, so dont do it then is their idea.
Reaction can also be individual, but I'd try it like I described, it works good for me and others.

The morning is when your GH levels are at their lowest.

Take your gh in the morning on an empty stomach. If you do morning cardio, do it first then take gh, but either way, take it in the morning on an empty stomach...this is optimal.

I always have a whey shake first thing as I get up.

Ive also herd you shouldnt take more than 2Iu at a time/ single dose.... So if I choose to use 6iu per day split that into 3x 2iu shots. Whats your take on that?

Because your pituritay gland releases more GH within the first 30 min. of REM sleep. Maybe that is why but if you are taking injections, go with what AJ said, in the am.

I have heard of pros taking before am cardio as well.

Yes, I would split that 3x2.

When your gut is empty after not eat all night - Go directly into Fat Burn mode! ;)

I'd personaly space the other shots anywhere but before bed.

Dr may think it make you sleepy is why recomend before bed. But, Most Drs dont know Jack Shiet about AAS.
